When you join COPE, the Collective Agreement protects your current rate of pay.
COPE is currently in negotiations for 2016-17 and 2017-18 wage increases, and we fully expect these wage increases to surpass the current rate of pay for non-union employees.
As a member of COPE, you will receive:
Both the wage increase and lump sum payments for both years are paid retroactively.
The attached wage grid represents the lump sum payments our members received in 2013-2015.

- A wage increase that is matched with the non-union rate of pay, PLUS
- An additional 0.7% lump sum payment at straight time for both years of the Collective Agreement for both part-time and full-time members.
