- Decrease in full-time job postings
- Increase in precarious work, such as casual and part-time postings

Why Unionize Now?
- Over 80% of health care workers in Ontario are unionized
- 380 part-time and full-time clerical and admin staff at Victoria Campus are unionized with COPE, which means there are 740 non-unionized clerical and admin staff
- Only 34% of the clerical and admin staff at LHSC are unionized, which is 51% below the health care average
- Health care cuts are continuing in hospitals all over the province
- 160 full-time equivalent positions will be cut (London Free Press, June 12, 2017)
